Our Services

CCTV Systems

We can Design, Install and Service CCTV Systems for Domestic and Commercial properties. Whether you need 1 camera or 100; a simple monitor or a cloud based solution, we’ve got you covered. We offer pre-designed and costed installations for your convenience, but if you have specific needs, requests, or just want to talk to a professional first, we can visit for a site survey.

CCTV maintenance contracts begin at £90+VAT per year (Up to 8 cameras). This includes 24/7 remote support from our engineers, and 1 x annual service visit. During the service, we will clean all of your CCTV cameras, check camera viewing angles for obstructions or other issues like glare, and inspect the recording components such as the NVR and Hard-Drive for signs of faults. At the end of the service visit, you will have a full report emailed to you for your records.

Intruder Alarms

Intruder Alarm Systems are a great way of giving you peace of mind beyond your physical security. Modern systems are primarily App controlled and integrate with Smoke Detectors, Lights and CCTV to form a comprehensive smart monitoring system for your Home or Business. The best part - most systems can be wireless, avoiding costly cable installation and repair work afterwards. For those who are less tech-savvy, we can upgrade older systems or fit new ones while retaining the simplicity and ease of use of traditional alarm systems.

Intruder Alarm Maintenance Contracts begin at £90+VAT per year (Up to 20 sensors). We will carry out 1 x annual maintenance visit where we check the operation, detection range, and wiring connections for all of the alarm sensors. We will also clean your external siren cover! This cost includes replacing your system’s standby battery every 4 years, and in some cases will include replacing batteries in any wireless alarm devices. However, this price will vary depending on the size of your system.

If your system requires Monitoring by an Alarm Receiving Centre, we can provide that service through our partnership with Fenix Monitoring. Please note that if your system is Monitored, we will have to carry out 2 x maintenance visits per year in line with British regulations. The maintenance contract price will therefore increase as a result of this.

Fire Alarm Systems

Fire Alarm Systems are a legal requirement for many commercial buildings, and there are a huge number of them that are not properly maintained. A Fire Alarm System must be tested and inspected regularly by a Competent Person, and our engineers are qualified in the inspection, testing, installation and commissioning of all fire alarm systems.

Fire Alarm Maintenance contracts are based on system size and complexity, and begin at £150+VAT per year (Up to 30 sensors). This cost includes replacing your system’s standby batteries every 4 years, and 2 x maintenance visits per year (every 6 months). During the service visit, we will test the system’s standby battery health, check electrical readings are normal, test your fire alarm detectors and call points, and operate your sounders to check they are working correctly. We can also carry out any user training you require. When you sign up to a maintenance contract with us, we will also provide you with a Fire Alarm Log Book to record your Weekly Tests.

If your system requires Monitoring by an Alarm Receiving Centre, we can provide that service through our partnership with Fenix Monitoring. With most Fire Alarm Systems, Monitoring is achieved by installing a dedicated signalling unit within a boxed power supply, with separate battery backup.

Access Control

Track, Log and Monitor who is moving through your business, and when. Prevent Unauthorised Access to your most critical areas. Smart Access Control solutions are easy to use, secure, and hard-wearing. From overhead maglocks, to hidden in-frame strike locks and powered door handles, we’ve got the solution for all door types.

Most access control systems still use RFID tags, and have done for the last 20 years. While this technology is cost effective and easy to scale, RFID tags are susceptible to cloning. This didn’t use to be so much of an issue, as the equipment to clone RFID tags was expensive and hard to conceal. However, with the introduction of new and accessible technology like the Flipper Zero, RFID is becoming less secure for those that need to keep their business secure from malicious access.

While we do offer RFID systems, as there is still a clear place in the market for them, we prefer to offer systems that focus on using smartphones, fingerprints and facial recognition as access credentials. Many access control readers support BLE (Bluetooth Low-Energy) technology which has been built into smartphones for a few years now. This enables a verified user to walk around and simply present their phone to the reader, allowing them access instantly. While facial recognition can be costly when scaled to multiple access points, we recommend using it at the main entry point to the premises, so that anyone not in the database has to call for assistance to enter.

Our Access Control Maintenance contracts begin at £100+VAT per year (Up to 4 Doors). This includes 1 x annual service visit where we will inspect all hardware for physical wear and tear, tighten fixings and lubricate mechanisms where possible. We will check all standby batteries and electrical readings, check the operation of emergency release buttons and, if Smart Access Control is fitted, check the PC or Cloud software for signs of issues.

Please note, many Access Control Units have a mains-powered controller with battery backup for each door/access point. The base cost of the maintenance contract only includes the replacement of 1 standby battery every 4 years. Any other batteries that need replacing will be chargeable at an agreed rate, which will be determined on installation/takeover.
